Katja works as Vice President Quality at TETEC AG, a premium German company specialized in the manufacturing of autologous tissue engineered products for treatment of orthopedic diseases, being responsible for quality assurance, quality control, hygiene, equipment qualification, and validation. Over the last 20 years Katja held various executive positions in the biological life science industry, covering Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Business Development, and Operations, enabling her to combine a wide spectrum of business perspectives.
