What is the BioTech Pharma Summit?

The BioTech Pharma Summit is a set of events in several areas of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry during 2 days taken at the same place/venue. What is the Dress Code?

During the event, would it be possible to schedule meetings with the participants?

As you may know, our events are very exclusive and protects the privacy from all our participants. To have a meeting with a specific participant, it’s mandatory to contact our team one week before the conference and provide the contact details from the delegate you wish to meet in order for us to schedule your meeting.

After the event, will I get the presentations?

Yes, normally it takes up to 14 days after the event for us to send (in PDF format) the speaker’s presentations to all delegates.

Who are entitled for the NPO/Investor Ticket?

How many participants I can expect at the GENAP Summit?

In order to maintain the high quality of our events, the GENAP Summit will have a limited audience of 100 delegates.

How much does it cost to attend the GENAP Summit?

The earlier you purchase a ticket, the lower the cost will be. The prices starts from 795€ for NPO, 1695€ for industry members and 1350€ for group registrations.

The event is cancelled due to force measure (e.g. Coronavirus), will it be Virtual?

No. In case the event will not take place due to force measure, we will be forced to postpone for new dates.

Please note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, EPM Group reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made (including, but not limited to any force majeure occurence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the client has paid to such permanently canceled event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

I purchased a ticket for the GENAP Summit, however, unfortunately I can’t attend anymore. Is a refund possible?

Yes, as you can read in our Terms & Conditions, cancellations made one month prior to the start of the conference will get a 50% refund, due to administration charges, however, cancellations made within one month of the conference start date are not eligible for a refund.

Please note: In case the event is postponed due to force measure, your ticket will be automatically applied for the new dates without possibility for a refund.

I already cancelled my participation, however I did not get yet any refund, why?

Refunds are made after the conference taken place.
